Transformation: Me + You

Have you ever wondered how your healing, growth, and transformation impacts others? My experience of being able to look back and see how I’ve healed, grown, and changed has filled me with gratitude and that seemed like enough. A gift. Eventually I came to understand how my transformation not only freed me to become more of who I was meant to be, but also helps others experience the same. That realization sparked awe and a desire to continue to make myself available to those transformational moments.

The beauty of my own story work has shown me that the most we have to offer to one another is our transformed and transforming presence. It’s not so much about what we do, but who we are that seems to be the agent of transformation.

For me, this has meant understanding who I’m meant to be so that I know what I’m meant to offer. I am meant to shepherd and disrupt. To nurture and challenge. To offer peace and presence, as well as create a space for others’ healing, wholeheartedness, and change.

With humility, awe, and gratitude, I know this is what I'm meant to do. It's what I get to do! What about you?
